The Corporate Plan sets out Victory’s Vision, Mission and Corporate Objectives and identifies the key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the organisation faces and considers the sociological, technological, economic and political environment in which Victory operates. It is reviewed on an annual basis.
The Vision, Mission and Corporate Objectives are delivered though a series of eight Victory Improvement Plans (VIPs) which provide the framework for how Victory delivers services and its approach to overarching priorities. The VIPs are aligned to the Tenant Services Authority National Standards and Victory’s resident involvement framework of resident forums.
Each VIP is a stand alone document which sets out the overall objective for the area covered; provides a self assessment of current performance; incorporates the policies for the area; sets out how performance and outcomes will be measured; and identifies the short and medium term improvement actions. Every VIP is assigned a lead Director together with a lead Head of Service, who are responsible for overall delivery.
