Governance

Victory is a charitable limited liability company, regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency and governed by a Board. The Board's role is to direct and control Victory's work, it determines strategic direction and policies, establishes and oversees control and risk management frameworks and ensures that Victory achieves its aims and objectives and provides value for money. The implementation of Board policies, is delegated to staff led by the Cheif Executive and Executive Directors.

The Board of Victory comprises of up to ten members, of whom up to three are residents, five are independents. The Board Members are selected for their particular expertise and experience. All board members have the same rights.

The Board is committed to high standards of corporate governance and has adopted and is compliant with the National Housing Federation's code of governance.
