Building New Homes

Victory Housing Trust is committed to building new homes in areas of housing need. We have a development programme with an objective to build 500 properties by March 2015. Victory has allocated £16.2 million to support this target.

Partnership working is key to the delivery of the Trust's home building programme. We work closely with Circle who help Victory get government funding. We also work with relevant local councils and other statutory and voluntary agencies when we build new homes.

New homes are developed using a range of opportunities, including land owned by Victory, the development of sites owned by local authorities or other partners, and the purchase of sites from the open market.

We are committed to providing the highest quality homes, making sure that all new homes are well designed, energy efficient and benefit the local community.
