Our Customer Services Team is your first point of contact for all enquiries to Victory Housing - no matter if you call, email, write or visit us. The team will try and answer your enquiry when you contact us. If your enquiry is more detailed or needs action from another member of staff, the Customer Services Team will take the details and pass the enquiry on for you.
To contact Customer Services with a general enquiry please call on 0845 300 6648 during normal service hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm).
To contact Customer Services about a repair to your home please call on 0800 371 860 during normal service hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm).
You can contact us outside normal hours if you need an urgent repair to your home, have an urgent enquiry about anti-social behaviour or a tenancy issue, just call us on 0800 371 860.

If you want to visit us, our office is in North Walsham, Norfolk and is open between 8:30am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday). Our office is closed on Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Our address is:
