Our Customer Services Team is your first point of contact for all enquiries to Victory – no matter if you call, write, email or visit us at Tom Moore House. The team also answers the repairs hotline and will transfer calls to the suitable contactor.

Our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to deal with any enquiry and will try and answer any of your questions there and then. If your enquiry is more detailed and if it needs action from a more specialist member of staff, then the Customer Services team will take details and pass your enquiry onto the proper team. .

Office Opening Hours:
8.30am – 5.00pm (Monday – Friday) - Our office is closed on Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The Customer Services Team work longer hours and are available to answer telephone calls between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm, (Monday - Friday).

Outside of usual office hours we operate an emergency repairs service - the repairs telephone number will automatically be transferred for you.
