Corporate Governance
The Board is the governing body of Victory Housing Trust and is comprised of ten members of whom three are tenants of the Trust, two are North Norfolk District Councillors (NNDC) and five are independents. The board members are all volunteers and are selected for their particular expertise and experience. All Board Members have the same rights.
The role of the Board is to provide strategic direction, to ensure accountability, to resolve tensions between stakeholders and to support and advise the executive management team.
The Board is committed to high standards of corporate governance and has adopted the National Housing Federation's code of governance.

The executive management team report to the board and are responsible for the operational service delivery of the Trust.
