Victory Housing Trust is keen to know your views about the services that we provide. You may have a compliment to pay, a suggestion to make or you may wish to make a complaint about the service you have received.
We aim to deliver an excellent service to our customers, However, we accept that we do not always get things right. When our services do not live up to your expectations we want to know about it so that we can put the matter right and ensure our service is improved.
It is important that you let us know when we have done something right, so that we can carry on doing them and value your ideas and suggestions on how we can improve the way we work.
We are committed to using Customer feedback to improve our Services and focus on the needs of our customers.
If you are a tenant of Victory Housing Trust, you can also get your ideas heard by getting involved with our resident involvement service. We recognise that all residents should be able to have a say in issues which affect their home and communities. We therefore give a genuine commitment to developing an effective resident involvement service.
