Maintenance Programme
In addition to our repairs service we are delivering an extensive maintenance programme to our properties to ensure they all meet the Decent Homes standard by 2010 and the tenants' Aspirational Standard by 2012.
Void Property Standard
A void property standard has been developed for all Victory Housing Trust properties. This standard ensures consistency of quality, value for money, void inspection and repair of Victory Housing Trust's properties.

Adaptations

Gas Safety Information
STAY SAFE THIS WINTER
Each year In the UK around 30 people die and many others suffer harm from carbon monoxide poisoning. It is vitally important to us to prevent this happening to you.
The Servicing of Gas, Oil, LPG and Solid Fuel appliances needs to be carried out each year to make sure that all appliances and flues are working safely and ensure there is adequate ventilation for the appliances to run correctly. The servicing and safety check of Gas appliances is also a legal requirement. This helps prevent carbon monoxide poisoning, the main cause of accidental poisoning in the home in the UK. Victory Housing Trust employs Aaron Services Ltd to carry out Gas, Oil and LPG, the Solid Fuel servicing programmes.
Victory Housing Trust ensures that appliances owned by them are checked and serviced annually. As a responsible landlord we would encourage tenants to arrange for appliances owned by them to be regulary serviced as well.
Everyone is at risk from carbon monoxide poisoning, especially young children, the elderly, pregnant women and anyone with breathing problems. More information is available via the H.S.E. website. Click Here
