We want to help create safe and secure neighbourhoods where residents want to live. Most of us get on with our neighbours most of the time, but sometimes our relationships with our neighbours can become strained. We realise that even one person behaving in an anti-social manner can ruin the enjoyment of a home.
We expect all our residents to consider their neighbours and other people within the area and it is a condition of your tenancy that you must not cause any nuisance or annoy your neighbours. As a Trust resident you are also responsible for making sure that everyone living or visiting you treats your home and the neighbourhood with respect and follows the rules set out in your tenancy agreement.
