Tenancy Support

If you are having difficulties with your tenancy, we want to help you to keep it.  Stonham Homestay is a free and confidential housing support service for people who are at risk of losing their home, or need extra help to maintain their independence.

If you are eligible for this service, you can get help with:

• Budgeting and debt advice;
• Benefits and welfare rights, including form filling;
• Understanding your tenancy responsibilities;
• Developing independent living skills, such as how to manage your money or cook a meal;
• Finding out and about getting in touch with other services in your local community;
• Advocacy support;
• Accessing training, education and employment; and
• Resolving neighbour disputes.
