AGM

The Annual General meeting, or AGM, is held every year to elect the board of directors and is an opportunity for members to receive copies of the financial statements.

Occasionally the members have considered and voted on whether to amend the governing rules for Victory Housing Trust.  During 2011 the members considered, voted and approved a change to the rules to provide Victory with the authority to make payment to board members.
