Victory Housing Trust is committed to providing excellent homes and housing services. We work closely with customers to constantly improve the way we work.

We keep a close eye on how we are doing in all areas of the business, e.g. how much rent we collect, how many repairs we complete on time or how satisfied out customers are with our work. We do this by monitoring our performance, in a range of different ways. This could be through customer surveys or by using information about the enquiries we handle.

Victory Housing Trust each year produces an annual report highlighting the progress we are making as an organisation. This year, we have included information about the Tenant Services Authority’s new standards and how Victory Housing Trust is meeting these standards.
