This section explains the ways you can pay your rent, together with information about other charges and help available to deal with debt.

Paying your rent is one of the most important parts of the Tenancy Agreement you hold with Victory Housing Trust. Unpaid rent puts your home at risk, as well as making it financially difficult for us to repair & maintain all of our properties

All Victory rents are set in line with government guidance. In some cases your rent may include a service charge on your property.

Residents receive an annual letter setting out their rent and service charges and a regular rent statement, though you can click here to order a rent statment at any time.
