How do I report a repair?
You can request a repair by calling us on 0800 371 860. Our Customer Services team are available on this number between 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. A Customer Service Adviser will forward your call to the appropriate contractor for the repair to be reported and an appointment to be made.
If you have an emergency repair outside office hours, please call 0800 371 860. Please note that outside of our normal office hours this number is redirected to our out-of-hours service, which is for emergencies only.

The person taking your call will ask questions to try to identify exactly what the problem is, please be as specific as you can.
Depending on the type of repair, a surveyor may have to visit to find out exactly what work is needed. If this is required we will make an appointment with you.
If your repair is not an emergency you can also report your repair by email at email@example.com or you can send an online repairs request form. Emails and On-line requests will will automatically be sent to the Customer Servcies Team, the repair will always be processed on the next working day. Please do remember to include your address and a contact telephone number on the email to us.
An emergency is defined as something which could not have been foreseen and which could cause danger to you or others’ health and safety, or serious damage and / or destruction to property.
