Victory Housing is committed to involving our customers in everything we do to ensure our services continuously improve and meet your needs. You can get involved with Victory in many different ways to help us improve the services you receive and the area you live in.
Our resident involvement structure has been developed to include something for everybody. There are more ways than ever to make a difference to the services we provide and you can pick up valuable skills and experience and make new friends along the way.
We cover the travel, postage, telephone, childcare and carer costs of getting involved, and our Victory Academy will make sure you’re fully trained up and supported.
