There are lots of ways to make a difference within your own community.
Resident Voices
Make sure your local issues get heard by becoming a Resident Voice. As an informal point of contact for residents in your neighbourhood, you can raise issues with Victory and let them know what works and what doesn’t for the people in your community.
We’re looking for people with an interest in the area they live in, who can talk to their neighbours and are happy to discuss housing services with Victory staff. Regular meetings with other Resident Voices are an opportunity to share experiences and ideas.
Tenants and Residents Associations
If you’d like to make improvements in your local area then setting up or joining a Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) is a great way to get things done.
Neighbourhood Walkabouts
Join other residents and Victory staff on a tour of your local area, giving you another opportunity to raise any issues, concerns or ideas for improvement first hand.
