The Tenancy Forum 
Reviews and makes suggestions about how Victory lets its properties and manages its rent. Involves you in making sure the best use is made of affordable housing.

The Neighbourhoods and Communities Forum 
Reviews and makes suggestions about how Victory works in its local communities and responds to local issues – for example tackling anti-social behaviour, keeping communal areas clean and safe.

The Supported and Sheltered Housing Forum 
Reviews and makes suggestions about service improvements in supported and sheltered housing.

Reviews and makes suggestions about:

• The delivery of repairs and maintenance and the quality of accommodation
• Making sure Victory responds to the needs of and offers choices to tenants

Oversees the production of communications materials for Victory Residents, including Victory News, leaflets and other documents.
