One way is to set up a Tenants’ and Residents’ Association. As part of a Tenants’ and Residents’ Association you can make a real difference in your area by:

• Improving the way your neighbourhood, street or area is looked after,
• Increasing the sense of community within an area,
• Organising outings and other social events
• Campaigning to get things done,

Victory can offer you help and support to start an Association including:

• Starter and annual grants to help with set up costs
• Arranging meeting rooms
• Use of printing and photocopying facilities
• Administrative support, such as word-processing
• Ongoing support through the Community Services Team
