The Victory Charter is a set of promises developed and approved by residents and the Victory Board. These 34 promises set out how we will go above and beyond the National Standards set by our regulator to deliver the services our residents want over the next five years.
The Victory Charter is the result of more than a year’s work to find out what our residents really want. We found lots of different ways to involve residents in the process, with more than 300 residents taking the opportunity to suggest what they thought should be in the Charter. 37% of Victory households then voted on what their top priorities are, helping to form the final set of promises.
