Victory Academy

The Victory Academy provides free training and support to residents, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

Who is the Academy for?

Everyone! No qualifications or experience are required, so all involved residents can take part. From Resident Board Members, Forum members, through to people who just want to find out more, the Academy is for you.

What will it do for you?

You’ll find out more about how Victory Housing Trust works, learn new skills and how to apply this knowledge to help improve services and communities.

With different levels of training available, you can choose what best supports you to do what you want to do, whether this is to increase your knowledge, improve your community or form a residents’ group to make a difference.

The skills and experience you pick up at the Academy could help you in future jobs or studying too.

How does it work?

Start with what interests you. Choose the topic and level that suits your needs. You can get together with others or study at home. Either way you can work at you own pace.
