Partnership with Flagship agreed
Our partnership with Flagship Group is now in place (as of 2 January 2019).
You can be reassured there will be no change for you as a Victory resident. Your tenancy agreement, your rent and the way we manage your home will not change. Victory and the staff you are familiar with will continue to be responsible for managing, repairing and improving your home, and Victory’s office will remain at Tom Moore House in North Walsham.

As part of the partnership talks process we consulted with our residents. The consultation ended on 10 September 2018. A summary of the feedback is available here.
We will continue to work with you moving forward as the partnership grows and develops as your involvement and engagement is important for our success.
