In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit instruction at any time simply by contacting your bank or building society.
You can also set up your Direct Debit over the phone or by post.
We can only set up a Direct Debit online if you're the bank account holder and only one signature is required to set up a Direct Debit Instruction from this account.
