The Residents' Panel is the lead resident body within Victory’s resident involvement framework. It has overall responsibility for all resident activity, and for promoting effective working between Victory residents, Board and staff.
What they do
The Resident Panel’s aim is to ensure Victory Housing Trust keep residents at the heart of all we do. Their involvement includes reviewing policies and external communications going to other Residents ensuring continuous improvement.
Part of their remit is to undertake scrutiny work across Victory Housing Trust and report back to the Board on their findings and any recommendations.
They also get involved with the recruitment of staff ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
The Panel work hard to ensure Victory keep residents at the heart of everything we do and hold the Board to account on decision made that affect our Residents and their homes.
They currently meet monthly and often have key members of staff attend.
