You should have received a copy of this year’s Annual Report to Residents in the post recently. This report is a summary of our activities over the last year. It provides you with information about our new Employment Support Service, and details many of the resident involvement activities we have undertaken to ensure we are leaders in tenant engagement. Also included is a summary of our value for money self-assessment and end of year performance figures.
