Ways to Pay Your Rent
We have increased the number of payment options to make it as easy as possible for you. These payment options are set out below.
Where possible, we prefer you to pay by Direct Debit. This way, your bank automatically transfers your correct rent amount to us on a fixed date and you never have to worry about missing a payment. This significantly reduces the risk of arrears building up on your account.
You can pay us by Direct Debit on any date of the month and we collect the payments via allpay Limited, a specialist payment company.
To set up a Direct Debit simply contact our Customer Services Team on 0330 123 1860 and the process can be completed over the telephone. Alternatively, we can provide a form for you to complete if preferred.
Victory Housing provides a secure Internet Payment Service, provided by allpay, which allows tenants to pay their rent online, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If you have an Android or Apple smartphone, you can now pay your rent and service charges on the move. All you need to do is download the Allpay App onto your phone and then use your rent payment reference number and a debit card to complete your payment.
First time users need to register for the services via the App and, for security purposes, have to give a valid email address and mobile phone number. Confirmation of payment is then emailed to the user whenever a payment is made.

Please note if your mobile phone number changes, you will need to update your account details on the Allpay website.
Use your payment reference and debit card to register at www.allpayments.net/textpay Text ‘Pay’ plus the code you set up during registration along with the amount you want to pay and your password (the last four digits of your debit card to 81025. Available anytime.
Payments can be made by debit card over the phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling Allpays’s automated telephone payment service on 0330 041 6497
Please ensure you have your payment reference ready; you will receive an authorisation number at the end of the process that you should keep as proof of payment.
Pay in Person
You can use your Victory rent payment card to make payments by cash, cheque or debit card. This can be done at any UK Post Office or shop displaying a Pay Point or Pay Zone sign.
Payments made by this method will reach your rent account within 48 hours. Always keep the receipt as proof of payment.
PayPoint outlets are predominantly located in convenience stores and service stations which usually have extended opening hours including evenings and weekends. PayPoint are easily identifiable by their prominent branding and distinctive yellow logo. Your nearest PayPoint outlet can be found on the PayPoint website. Cash payment is always accepted at PayPoint outlets, and debit card and cheque payments at the individual PayPoint outlet's discretion. There is no administrative charge and you will be issued with a receipt as proof of each transaction carried out.
At the Post Office, all you need to do is hand over the rent payment card at the counter along with cash, cheque, or debit card. The transaction is processed and a receipt is printed for you to retain as proof of payment, again there is no administration charge. Your nearest Post Office branch can be found on the Post Office website.
Please note that Victory does not usually accept cash or cheque payments in person at our office or by post, except in exceptional circumstances (with the prior agreement of our Income Management team).
