Who we are

We are a registered charity and provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. We have around 10,000 residents in 5,000 properties located across Norfolk, and we currently have a team of 80+ people working with us from our modern office in North Walsham.

We want our people to feel valued and motivated in their jobs, and we want to encourage everyone to reach their full potential. We support and invest in professional training, encourage secondments, promotions and advertise vacancies internally giving everyone the opportunity to progress if they wish.

We also understand that it’s more than just the job that attracts most people to come and work with us. We strive for transparent communication and encourage employee participation through breakfast briefings, workshops, employee groups, and we test how we are doing through our employee satisfaction survey. We also have an energised Engagement Team that is made up from people in all areas of our business.
